Bristol Tennessee City Schools invites students in grades PreK-5 to join us for the 2025 Power of Play Youth Sports Day on Friday, May 2, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Tennessee Middle School track. In the event of rain, activities will move indoors at TMS. This free event is open to all BTCS students in grades Pre-K through 5. Parents/guardians must remain with their children.

The Power of Play Youth Sports Day celebrates physical activity, wellness, and community with a fun evening of track and field events, games, and interactive experiences. The evening kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with the Family Fun Walk, event registration, and the opening of Vendor Village.

Students will enjoy:

  • 50–100 meter runs

  • Standing broad jump

  • Wiffle ball throw

  • Relays

  • Meet-and-greet with Tennessee High School athletes

  • Door prizes and grand prizes

  • Free books from the BTCS Book Bus

  • Food samples and more!
